Description

EOA Technologies is seeking a Cloud AWS Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer.Β 

Requirements

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

  • Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders on technical decisions, best practices, and risk management
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
  • Adaptability to rapidly evolving cloud technologies and infrastructure management tools
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of network architecture and security principles
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements for cloud solutions
  • Twelve (12) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED OR Ten (10) years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree OR Eight (8) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree OR Six (6) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree OR Four (4) years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree.
  • All experience and education will be in a technical field Β Β directly related to the labor category being proposed and all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees will be from accredited institutions.

Desired Skills: Associate-level or higher commercial cloud certification (AWS or Azure preferred); Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework; Proficiency in AWS security services (IAM, SCPs, Config, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector); Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform) and related languages (YAML, JSON, Python); Knowledge of automation tools like SaltStack, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
