What you’ll be able to do:

The position requires someone capable of managing sophisticated technical details and who is proficient across multiple disciplines (planning, requirements gathering and validation, system design, development, and configuration). Due to the global nature of the Enterprise Directory data management services and Azure Active Directory, this position provides the outstanding opportunity to engage with multiple business teams, joint ventures, and different Ford IT organizations (Office of the CIO/Strategy, IT Operations, Application Development, and Enterprise Connectivity etc.). 



Responsibilities

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Enterprise Identity provisioning and Enterprise Directory and Azure Active directory data management
  • Release engineering, provisioning and maintenance of infrastructure, system administration and security
  • Implementation of DevOps development processes, continuous integration and delivery, application infrastructure and continuous feedback for Azure Active Directory
  • Azure Active Directory experience:  Role-based access control (RBAC), Conditional Access, Security, role administration and group management
  • Incident, Knowledge, Problem, Rally and Change Management
  • Maintain & test Disaster Recovery document, and perform backup and Disaster Recovery procedures
  • Maintain documentation of all administrative processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Interact with team members to improve tools, technology stack, and application performance and stability.
  • Resolve issues and concerns through collaboration with customers, engineering SMEs, and product vendors.
  • Propose, configure, and implement enterprise solutions (covering both process and technical aspects) according to established standards and best practices
  • Lead the design, implementation, integration, and maintenance of software, technical infrastructure, and services (all aspects of the technology lifecycle)
  • Develop implementation requirements for technical infrastructure and services
  • Develops project charters and/or project requirements (cost, timing, scope, contingency, and risks)
  • Develop support and deployment plans technical infrastructure and services
  • Automate server related maintenance tasks
  • Deploy product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field of study
  • 1+ years of Azure Active Directory experience
  • 3+ years of IT experience

Our preferred requirements: 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
  • Highly motivated individual with strong technical skills and desire to resolve problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and quality
  • Solid understanding in Security domains, especially Identity and Access Management
  • Hands on experience of PowerShell script programming
  • Hands on experience of ASP.NET and C# programming
  • Hands on experience of developing and management of RESTful API
  • 1+ years of configuration experience of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
  • Experience of designing and implementing applications and infrastructure in Microsoft Windows environment
  • Proven understanding of directories (like Active Directory), Microsoft Windows Server 2016, MongoDB, and Microsoft SQL Server 2016
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly 
  • Be able to work within a team environment, also self-motivated
  • Proven track record to develop and document requirements
  • Ability to solve complex issues with little mentorship
  • Experience with Rally/JIRA and Agile development

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8.
