We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer who can diagnose and solve problems occurring in our highly available production systems and build solutions to prevent future issues. You will work collaboratively to plan, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions, define and verify standards for configuration, monitoring, reliability, and performance. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and improving the whole lifecycle of operational readiness and continuously driving down time-to-detect and time-to-resolve through improved outlier detection and real-time root cause analysis.






What will be your key responsibilities:



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based services,
  • Administer multi website - multi language Sitecore CMS and its dependencies, ensuring its smooth operation, performance, and security.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Sitecore configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure,
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, patch management, and system updates,
  • Monitor system performance (metrics, logs, traces, alerts). Ensure availability and reliability of all systems.
  • Maintain operation system and SQL/NOSQL backups. Ensure their integrity and restorability,
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications,





What experience should you have:



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, similar fields or related working experience,
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a SRE, System Administrator or similar role,
  • Strong proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Unix system administration,
  • Proficiency in one of scripting languages (e.g., Powershell, Bash, Python) for tasks,
  • Hands on experience with Sitecore CMS, or any similar CMS administration,
  • Experience with .Net framework and IIS (Internet Information Services) administration,
  • Experience managing internal and public DNS in support of owned and managed domains,
  • Experience with SSL Certification management and administration,
  • CDN (Content delivery network) experience with Akamai, CloudFlare, or similar.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving IT landscapes,
  • Demonstrating a keen aptitude for continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications for System Administration:

  • Knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, and VPN technologies,
  • Familiarity with open-source monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios),
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and similar,
  • Expertise in security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in automation and orchestration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or equivalent,
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions,
  • Knowledge of cloud networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, VPNs, and direct connects,
  • Additional certifications in cloud-related technologies or services, AWS and Azure experience is a plus,
  • Experience with Sitecore on cloud.
