About the role
Seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), with experience engineering solutions in Azure Cloud, as part of an international team. As an SRE, you are responsible for maximizing the reliability of Concord’s production environments, maintaining infrastructure designed for high availability, scalability, and serviceability, while ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards. You will contribute as a key member of the Cloud Architecture Committee, providing input on technical dependencies, incident response standards, and cloud service consumption patterns. Your work will directly support Development teams and help ensure the reliability of Concord’s hosted products, enabling the organization to meet customer expectations and business goals through secure and resilient operations.
Essential Functions:

Ability to offer insight and suggestions to improve existing processes or products, to proactively reduce risk of downtime and increase system stability.

Maintain an “automation first” (‘everything-as-code’) mindset while building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with a weekly production release cadence.

Work from a pre-prioritize work-item backlog, executing assigned work-items in an organized, efficient, and expedited fashion, without determent.

Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation, including operational runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and regulatory audit compliance evidencing.

Provide hands-on break/fix support and diagnostics, as part of a Cloud Infrastructure Reliability Engineering team, including the provisioning of new resources, managing after-hours releases to production, writing automation scripts and telemetry queries, as well as perform penetration testing with remediation effort ownership.

Ensures all operational requirements are met and documented prior to and during the execution of any release.

Document and maintain instructions for performing deployments to an environment.

Participate in regulatory compliance (HITRUST/SOC2/FedRAMP) evidencing for audits.

Interact with Research & Development, Product Management and Premium Support regarding all code defects, needed enhancements, and other potential cross-team initiatives.

Act as a resource to the development teams to aid with build and deployment activities.
Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles, including 2+ years in Azure Cloud.

Strong experience managing hybrid workloads and AKS clusters.

Expert in Azure Monitor, KQL, and distributed observability frameworks.

Leads implementation of Configuration-as-Code using Azure DevOps Pipelines.

Proficient in debugging across multiple languages (Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.).

Experience with CI/CD deployment practices utilizing infrastructure as code(ARM/BICEP).

Implements reliability engineering practices including SLOs, error budgets, and chaos testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Compensation Range: $120,000 - $150,000
Range can flux dependent on experience, education/training, etc.
