About the role

We are seeking an experienced senior SecDevOps Engineer to streamline our deployment processes, and enhance the scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a senior practitioner with extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, containerization, CI/CD, security best practices, and infrastructure as code, and the autonomy to operate without close supervision from day one.
What you'll do
- 4+ years of experience in Cloud DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles

Expertise in using AWS Cost Explorer to optimize cloud spending and resource allocation
- Proficient in implementing security best practices using the AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS Cluster, ECS Service, ALB, Route 53, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CLI
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (AWS ECS/EKS)

Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, GitlabCI

Solid track record in setting up robust monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, NewRelic, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)
- Implementation of AWS security best practices including IAM, encryption, VPC, and security monitoring
- Experience ensuring infrastructure compliance with standards such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex system failures in production environments
- Experience deploying applications built with Python and Next.js
- Experience with VPN setup, Secrets Management, Understand and build Network Topology
- Experience working with AWS reserved instances, Spot Instances (Spotinst)
- Experience with Third Party Authentication (Federated authentication), SSO setup

What we're looking for
- AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Associate/Professional or AWS Certified DevOps)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with other cloud providers (Azure, GCP)
