Bachelorβs degree in a STEM discipline and 8+ years of related experience, or a Masterβs degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
Strong systems administration experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in DevSecOps methodologies, processes, and iteration planning for large-scale, classified government systems.
Proficiency in Agile development practices focused on delivering high-quality products.
Extensive experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins, and Nexus.
Experience operating in air-gapped or classified cloud environments and government networks.
Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, cybersecurity principles, and implementing complex security configurations in cloud architectures.
Experience with secure coding standards and static/dynamic scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Fortify, Coverity).
Experience building multi-year program or product roadmaps within Agile frameworks.
Proficiency configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including automated builds, testing, and quality enforcement.
Proficiency deploying and maintaining applications in Kubernetes environments.
Experience presenting technical content to government customers.
Experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues under time-sensitive conditions.
Experience with reverse engineering and troubleshooting complex network architectures.
Ability to write and review software code in languages such as Java and Python.
U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance (or higher).
Ability to work full-time in a secure, in-person, closed-area environment.
Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and other orchestration technologies.
Extensive experience with Helm Charts and Ansible.
Deep experience with configuration management and version control platforms (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
Advanced understanding of branching strategies, gated commits, and source-control best practices.
Comprehensive programming/scripting experience in UNIX environments (C++, Perl, Python, Bash, Ruby, Shell).
Extensive scripting experience in Windows environments (PowerShell, etc.).
Strong experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environments.
Comprehensive software development experience in modern languages (Java/JavaScript, C++, C#, etc.) and full lifecycle management.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance.
