What We're Looking For:
- A passionate engineer: You love to take on seemingly impossible technical problems and dig in to find creative ways to solve them.
- Proven advanced ability to prepare, evaluate and maintain tools supporting and process automation for software or hardware product release.
- Design, manage and execute tools and scripts to develop different versions of products on wide-range operating systems.
- Do what needs to get done, while you have fun.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive development of core game and build infrastructure
- Build core services used across the company to support the game and backend development process
- Help manage an ever growing fleet of Kubernetes clusters and backend services in the cloud
- Improve and maintain game build tools (Unreal Horde, Perforce, Unreal Game Sync, Robomerge, etc.)
- Evolve the game and companies' release process
- Maintain and improve platform and game observability tools - Datadog, Sentry, etc.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience
- 4+ years building and maintaining high scale cloud infrastructure
- High proficiency with a common backend programming language (Go, C#, Java, etc.)
- Expert in cloud technologies with a strong preference for AWS
- Strong working knowledge of Git and preferably Perforce
- Familiarity with Unreal and Unreal build/automation tooling is a big plus
