Senior Devops Engineer - Puppet SME

Initial 3-month contract

Fully Remote

£550 - £600 p.day, Inside IR35

A leading technology solutions provider, specializing in DevOps and cloud services. We are seeking a talented DevOps Consultant with strong Puppet experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Puppet, providing guidance on configuration management, automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD processes, ensuring efficient software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, optimizing system performance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of Puppet for configuration management.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Financial Services experience (Preferred)
