Reporting directly to the Director of Infrastructure and Operations, the Senior DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions while providing technical leadership to the team. This position will be instrumental in driving automation initiatives, establishing best practices, and ensuring the highest levels of system reliability and performance across our cloud-first environment. Experience supporting infrastructure from multiple clouds and RCM exposure is highly preferred.

On a typical day, here's what you'll be working on:

Technical Leadership and Mentoring:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices across teams
• Lead infrastructure design discussions and technical planning sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment processes

Infrastructure Architecture and Design:

• Design scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions
• Architect robust CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery
• Implement high-availability solutions utilizing load balancing and auto-scaling
• Design and implement security controls and compliance measures

 Cloud Platform Management:

• Lead Azure cloud infrastructure optimization initiatives
• Design and implement cost-effective cloud solutions
• Manage and optimize cloud resource utilization
• Ensure security and compliance in cloud environments

Operational Excellence:

• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions
• Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure operations
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts
• Lead Azure cloud infrastructure optimization initiatives
• Design and implement cost-effective cloud solutions
• Manage and optimize cloud resource utilization
• Ensure security and compliance in cloud environments

Operational Excellence:

• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions
• Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure operations
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management
• Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities
• Expert knowledge of infrastructure automation and CI/CD practices
• Advanced scripting abilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture and security best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and project leadership abilities
• Experience with high-availability system design
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements
