What You’ll Do at Lohnwerk- Oversee our on-premise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for our diverse stack, including JavaScript (Vue3, React), Rust, and PHP applications.
- Track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for infrastructure and deployment challenges.
Your profile
Must-Have Qualifications- You bring at least 5 years in a DevOps or similar role, with a strong focus on managing on-premise infrastructure.
- You are proficient in Ansible and infrastructure as code.
- Deep understanding of networking, system architecture, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, or equivalent languages.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written). German language skills are a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Vue3, React), Rust backend services, and PHP applications.
- Hands-on experience with hardware server maintenance.
- Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
Key Soft Skills- You’re a strong team player with outstanding communication abilities.
- You have a hands-on mindset. You approach tasks proactively and with enthusiasm.
