We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and networking, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support our on-prem and cloud infrastructure. 

Some of the things you will be doing: 

• Work as part of an agile DevOps team responsible for pre-production and production environments 
• Maintain Azure Services platform. 
• Deploy Azure infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure and on-prem issues.
• Establish monitoring and customize the alerts.
• Create and maintain documentation for Azure and on-prem configurations, processes, and procedures. 
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure engineers and interact with project managers. 
• Follow policies and procedures for time tracking, security, change control, problem and incident management. 

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do I need? 

• Microsoft Azure Certification is required.
• Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues is crucial. You should be able to identify and resolve problems efficiently. 
• Experience with agile development process, including incremental deliveries, CI/CD, automated testing, approval workflows and gates.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure - PaaS, networking, FrontDoor, databases and storage, hybrid infrastructure with on prem and cloud, migration of applications to cloud.
• Azure Container application hosting and management.
• Strong experience with IaC frameworks, such as ARM, Bicep, Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, Azure CLI and Yaml.
• Strong experience with DevOps tools, such as Azure DevOps and Github.
• Focus on process improvement, automation and documentation.
• Teamwork and mentoring.
