Program
About the program: You’ll be joining a program called “Northrop Grumman Integrated Tactical Edge Solutions” or NITES. NITES is developing a model-driven approach to systems engineering and automated software deployment. The initiative seeks to streamline and enhance systems engineering processes by seamlessly deploying configuration managed, hardened applications through a single, source of-fact model. This approach increases efficiencies by utilizing shared architectures, common engineering documentation and software services across the TE portfolio. The 10-person team is split between Fairfax, VA and Aurora, CO. Some of the program’s baseline and environments are unclassified allowing some work outside a secure facility. The program’s culture is agile, high performing, proactive, collaborative, and welcoming of new ideas, technology, and tools that could benefit the mission or help the team be more productive or produce a higher quality product.
