The role


As the Principal DevOps Lead, you will take charge of our critical public cloud applications hosted in both AWS and Azure. You will provide technical leadership and expertise in software deployment, manage technology-based services, and ensure the integrity of our systems while implementing new initiatives. Your role will involve recognising and remediating cyber security vulnerabilities, updating infrastructure and application stacks, and scripting in multiple languages. With at least 5 years of multi-cloud experience, you’ll excel in writing templates in YAML, JSON, BICEP & ARM, and reverse engineering CI/CD pipelines to create new automation stacks.


 


This challenging role requires a proactive approach to managing support requests, sustaining service integrity, and meeting customer deadlines. You will be at the forefront of evaluating new technologies, resolving service problems, and leading deployment projects.

What is an essential requirement:



  • Relevant experience or tertiary qualification in computer science or related field and/or recognised industry certifications.

  • This role may include being on-call, weekend and after-hours work.
