The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) are responsible for driving an uplift in the Consumer Data and Analytics capability across the Retail Bank. The area comprises of several functions to support the goals of Group priorities within the Data and Analytics.

Are confident establishing Decisioning frameworks in supporting and meeting business strategies, facilitating workshops whilst sharing best practices
Are constantly ensuring alignment between business requirements, product capabilities, leads proposition, logic design and development activities
Pride themselves on the knowledge sharing process of technical SMEs for Customer Decisioning centralised assets
Are knowledgeable of the end-to-end processes that creates value for the customer and profits for the bank
Are constantly supporting various stakeholders within the Marketing and Decisioning Framework
Pride themselves on mentoring, coaching and training support team on technical problem identification and resolution
Are constantly implementing enhancements where possible to the engine and support future initiatives
Work closely with Enterprise Services (IT) Architects and Solution Designers to ensure adherence and integration into enterprise designs and frameworks
Solid hands-on experience with CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, Real Time Decisioning
Tech Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
Certified and trained Pega Senior System Architect recommende
Pega PRPC framework, Pega Case Management 8.x+ or Decisioning & Marketing
Pega RESTful Services and consuming RESTful services as clients
Pega cloud application performance tuning
SQL coding
Data modelling technique, semantic data layer, campaign management process
SDLC
Teradata, Microsoft, IBM or Oracle certification
