Description

EOA Technologies is seeking a Junior Cloud Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. You will be responsible for:   

  • Provides entry-level support in implementing and maintaining cloud solutions within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. This position assists in migration and sustainment tasks, operating under the supervision of senior technical staff.
  • Support day-to-day Azure and M365 operations including user provisioning, mailbox management, and system monitoring.
  • Assist with deploying and configuring Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
  • Help with tenant setup, licensing, and basic configuration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Participate in migration efforts (e.g., file server to SharePoint Online, on-prem to Azure).
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of connectivity, permissions, and application issues within Azure and M365.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, standard operating procedures, and support guides.
  • Work with senior staff to ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

  • Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
  • Certifications required: Cloud Certification in representative cloud where work is performed (Azure or AWS)
  • Educational requirements: Bachelors Degree
  • Years of experience required: 0 - 3 years
