As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that enable our applications to run efficiently, securely and reliably on Amazon Web Services (AWS).<\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): <\/span><\/span>Create, maintain, and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK. Automate the provisioning and configuration of AWS resources<\/span>
<\/li>- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating application builds, testing, and deployments.
Utilize AWS services such as AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeDeploy for CI/CD workflows<\/span><\/li>- AWS Resource Management: Monitor and manage AWS resources, including EC2 instances, RDS databases, S3 buckets, and Lambda functions. Optimize resource usage and costs<\/span>
<\/li>- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices, including access control, encryption, and network security, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations<\/span>
<\/li>- Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, ELK stack) to track system performance, detect anomalies, and troubleshoot issues. Respond to alerts and incidents promptly<\/span>
<\/li>- Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies and solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity<\/span>
<\/li>- Scripting and Automation: Write scripts and automation code (e.g., Python, Bash) to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency. Implement infrastructure automation using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, or similar technologies<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and IT operations, to align DevOps practices with business objectives. Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non -technical stakeholders<\/span>
<\/li>- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures. Ensure documentation is up -to -date and accessible to the team<\/span>
<\/li>- Capacity Planning and Scaling: Analyze system performance and plan for capacity scaling to accommodate growth and changes in demand<\/span>
<\/li>- Version Control: Manage and maintain version control systems (e.g., Git) for code and infrastructure configurations<\/span>
<\/li>- Research and Development: Stay informed about AWS services and DevOps best practices. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure and processes<\/span>

<\/div>- Proven 3 years of <\/span><\/span>experience in AWS cloud engineering and DevOps practices<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in
designing and managing AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and tools
like Terraform or CloudFormation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience working within a SCRUM or SAFE agile team<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Must have experience working within Jira and confluence<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong
understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins,
GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Solid
understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and monitoring
tools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to
troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong
communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and
non -technical stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Team -oriented
attitude and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions
