Job Summary

        We are seeking motivated and collaborative interns to join our IT Quality & DevOps team. In this role, interns will gain exposure to the Digital Health development process by working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development partners, product management, and quality. Interns will assist in documenting current practices, learning DevOps and quality assurance processes, and contributing to initiatives that enhance automation across DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in partnership with development and infrastructure teams.    

What Will You Learn

• Mobile (iOS and Android) DevOps, development and QA lifecycle
• How to leverage advanced DevOps and QA platforms such as Azure, Jenkins, Sonar Cloud, Browser Stack, X-Ray etc.  
• How to work with Change and Quality control processes for medical devices
• How to automate DevOps and CI/CD processes for application development   

Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)      

• Work closely with mobile and web applications’ development teams to understand and help in DevOps and QA automation     
• Review current process and document end to end both for automation and manual Quality process in Confluence      
• Work with developers and other testers on leveraging automated QA platforms and best practices       
• Work with various stakeholders such as IT, Product, Engineering, Quality & Regulatory teams to understand and document processes       
• Design autonomous workflows and assistants for task automation   

Qualifications (Experience and Education)       

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field       
• Good understanding of technology methodologies, delivery models, or frameworks, particularly in the areas of Agile and DevOps practices using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps      
• Good understanding on mobile & web applications automated and manual QA process and automation tools like Selenium, Sonar Cloud, Browser Stack, X-Ray or equivalent       
• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and Snowflake       
• Good understanding of REST APIs and how to consume or test API calls (e.g., using Postman or within development framework)       
• Exposure to applications development life cycle and framework       
• Eager to learn how AI and automation can improve business engagement workflows
