Your area of work:

Join our CTO organization as a DevSecOps Governance & Functional Analyst and help shape secure cloud operations across global teams. The Deutsche Börse Group CTO provides technology enabled services building sustainable foundations to accelerate digital transformation and foster innovation.

As a DevSecOps Governance & Functional Analyst based in Germany, you will support the Advanced Innovation Operations team by driving project management, governance frameworks, and the material change process (MCP). The role also includes functional analysis of platform capabilities to ensure alignment with regulatory, operational, and strategic goals.

Your responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination

  • Lead cross-functional DevSecOps initiatives (e.g., CI/CD optimization, SDLC dashboarding) and initiatives concerning business focussed applications
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation

Governance & Compliance

  • Define and maintain governance procedures for DevSecOps tooling and infrastructure as well as business applications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit and regulatory standards (e.g., EU AI Act)
  • Support the implementation and evolution of the material change process (MCP)

Functional Analysis & Process Design

  • Analyze and optimize DevSecOps and other application related processes and tooling configurations
  • Facilitate the WorkFlows initiative by evaluating employee-submitted ideas, coordinating implementation, and tracking impact
  • Translate business and technical requirements into functional specifications

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, governance, and business units
  • Organize workshops and working groups to gather input and communicate decisions

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain documentation for governance processes and platform capabilities
  • Contribute to dashboards and reporting mechanisms for compliance and performance tracking

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in project management, governance, or functional analysis in IT or DevSecOps
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Artifactory, Terraform), cloud platforms, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Basic understanding of Linux based technologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex requirements
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
