Job Description
Do you want to be part of the operation of critical national infrastructure within the Digital Identity solution in Denmark?


We are looking for a person to strengthen the NemLog-in DevOps team.


NemLog-in is an innovation area in Nets with one of Europe’s leading competence centres within Digital ID and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). NemLog-in is owned by the Danish government but developed and maintained by Nets.


NemLog-in is a log-on solution, that gives the public access to authority self-service solutions in both the municipalities, regions, and the government. NemLog-in plays a central role in Denmark's digital infrastructure by making it possible for Danish citizens and businesses to log on to public self-service solutions. With NemLog-in, you have access to many different service providers and public services and through the Single Sign On (SSO) solution, you only have to identify yourself once to all the various public authority self-service solutions.

It will be your responsibility as part of the DevOps team, working closely together with System Architects, Senior Developers and Infrastructure Architects, to ensure the quality of the DevOps infrastructure for the NemLog-in solution.


Your key responsibilities are:



  • Responsibility for existing as well as for designing new processes for build/release, configuration- and test management 

  • Continuous integration and deployment to test systems, Pre-Production, and Production 

  • Ensure a high degree of automation throughout the entire technology stack to speed up and automate aspects of developing, testing, releasing, and updating software

  • Creating, monitoring, and managing service requests for technical dependencies

  • Secure safe fallback procedures including fallback of applied Changes if necessary 

  • Play a major role in the selection of any new IT infrastructure or technology solution


Your typical task will include, but not be limited to:



  • Prepare deployment project and variables for planned release projects

  • Deploy release packages to different environments

  • Participate in deployments to production environments

  • Hypercare after production deployment

  • Operation of .Net platform (patch, vulnerabilities, software updates, etc.)

  • Certificates replacements

  • Update middleware and ensure secure deployment for all environments

  • Optimize and automate the environments and work methods

  • Documentation

  • Participate in new initiatives to secure more efficient work methods

  • Participate in PI planning (Program Increment)

  • With fresh eyes to bring new (DevOps) ideas and improvements to the team

Your professional qualifications include a solid background in Windows Server and experience with configuration of development tools and automation in general.

Knowledge within deploy-tools (experience with Octopus Deploy is considered an advantage)
