Location: Atlanta area preferred to be co-located with team
 

Our Current Technical Environment:

  • Software: .NET Framework, IIS, Git, MS SQL Server, MS Azure, Windows Installer (MSI)

  • Tools: Jenkins, PowerShell, Transact SQL, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, vSphere, jFrog, Checkmarx, Black Duck Hub, SonarQube, Visual Studio, ant, Postman

  • OS: Windows Server

What You’ll Do:

  • Work within the Product Development sphere to build, test, package, and deliver software.

  • Provide technical expertise to identify opportunities for new automation and improve existing processes.

  • Set up and administer tools to support continuous integration and continuous delivery.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical problems, documenting solutions.

  • Take ownership, work independently, and contribute significantly to the organization’s success.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience with the following:

  • CI/CD Knowledge: Solid understanding of CI/CD methodologies and systems and their role in the SDLC.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong background in automation and scripting in a Windows environment.

    • Experience with build servers and deployment methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, TFS/AzDO, Octopus, GitHub Actions).

    • Ability to build CI/CD pipelines from scratch and improve existing systems.

    • Strong Windows System Administration skills, including setting up, administering, and troubleshooting IIS, PowerShell DSC, .NET Framework/Core.

    • Proficiency in coding and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Groovy, Python).

    • Experience with database administration/SQL.

    • Experience with consuming APIs to automate processes.

    • Admin-level experience with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Confluence, Black Duck, Checkmarx, SonarQube, vSphere.

  • Mindset: An automation-first approach, constantly seeking opportunities to reduce human labor in daily operations.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex problems, research, and systematically approach finding solutions.

  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.

  • Attributes: Independence, drive, motivation, flexibility, and a cooperative spirit.

  • Additional Skills: Comfort with learning and troubleshooting new systems, defining best practices, and creating documentation. A preference for permanent solutions over temporary fixes.

The Salary Range for this position is $93,401.00 to $123,765

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
