🚀 Become our new DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
At KI Performance, we build and operate high-impact, AI-driven platforms used at scale. As a DevOps Engineer – Azure Performance & Scalability, you will design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure that powers high-traffic systems serving millions of users.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who can deliver from day one, work independently, and collaborate closely with engineering, data, and AI teams.
Design, build, and operate robust, scalable Azure infrastructure for performance-critical platforms
Own Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (and ARM where required), with a strong focus on governance and maintainability
Build, optimize, and operate CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable deployments across multiple environments
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of distributed systems
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous performance improvements
Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to deliver immediate business value
Create clear, pragmatic documentation for architectures and operational processes
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in Azure-based environments
Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure core services and cloud-native architectures
Solid experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed and high-traffic systems
Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or modern data platforms
Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or AI-enabled systems
Experience operating platforms at enterprise or consumer scale
Work with a highly skilled Engineering, Data & AI team
