DevOps Dojo Coach
We are seeking a DevOps Dojo Coach to provide hands-on coaching and training to enterprise teams, helping elevate DevOps practices, tooling adoption, and delivery maturity. This role combines DevOps coaching with change management, training facilitation, and program leadership.
You will spend approximately 50% of your time embedded with teams in a DevOps Dojo model, coaching engineers and leaders on DevOps best practices, while also partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption, manage change, and measure impact.
Responsibilities include developing training materials, facilitating workshops, tracking adoption metrics, leading large-scale initiatives, and fostering a positive change culture across the organization.
Qualifications:
5+ years of enterprise IT experience
Proven change management and project leadership experience
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Passion for DevOps practices and continuous improvement
Experience with cloud development; test automation experience is a plus
