Overview: 


We are seeking Azure O&M Support Engineers to provide administration, operations, and sustainment support for Azure Stack Hub (ASH) and associated systems. You will be responsible for deployment, configuration, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and automation of critical cloud environments, ensuring they remain secure, compliant, and highly available.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Stack Hub, Core Platform Edge (CPE), Cohesity, and sidecar services.
  • Administer subscriptions, enclaves, marketplace items, and system health via the Admin Portal.
  • Perform monitoring, patching, upgrades, incident response, and Tier 3 troubleshooting.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications using Azure-native tools, Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines; deliver code into customer-owned software factories.
  • Support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and DevOps platforms for rapid software development.
  • Collaborate with mission teams to integrate workloads and resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Ensure security controls are implemented and compliant with DoD standards.
  • Contribute to process and automation improvements.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Technical Expertise in one or more of the following:

o Active Directory (AD DS, ADFS, AD CS, WSUS)

o Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, Azure VPN Gateways

o Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, RDS

o ACAS automation, YUM, Mission Application Integration

o Azure Stack Networking, Type Accreditation Support

  • Experience: 5–8 years in cloud, systems, or infrastructure operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years leadership experience, OR equivalent experience.
  • Travel:

o Up to 10%

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years leadership experience in cloud/DevOps engineering.
  • Technical certifications in Microsoft Azure (Administrator Associate, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Engineer). 


Requirements
  • Must be within driving distance of Lorton, VA OR willing to relocate there
  • Must be willing to work onsite
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%
  • Must possess an active TS/ SCI clearance or above
  • Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status

Salary Description
$140,000.00 - $180,000.00
