Requirements


  • Administer and optimize SaaS platforms, especially Salesforce, to ensure alignment with departmental workflows and requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, manage equipment setups, and perform routine system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and ongoing updates of software applications to ensure availability and performance across the organization.
  • Assist with local area network (LAN) troubleshooting, VPN setup, internet connectivity, and client-specific configurations.
  • Implement and manage antivirus and security solutions; monitor systems to detect, prevent, and address threats.
  • Manage support tickets through Atera, addressing software, hardware, and network-related issues promptly.
  • Provide end-user support and training on core applications, facilitate smooth onboarding, and promote preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to identify and support opportunities for improving systems and processes.
  • Serve as the liaison with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead and coordinate IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

  • Vendor & Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration with an emphasis on application management and user support.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or CompTIA) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in healthcare IT environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, with hands-on ability to manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network environments.
  • Diagnoses root causes quickly and implements sustainable solutions, thoroughly documented in internal knowledge bases.
  • Coordinates implementation and upgrade projects, tracks milestones, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Explains technical issues clearly to non-technical staff and works cross-functionally to support business goals
  • Maintains rigorous security standards and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
