Azure Cloud Engineer (Infra and DevOps)

· Own the Azure (DevOps) infrastructure and implement improvements
· Design and deploy containers using Docker & AKS
· Monitor and maintain existing cloud resources; VMs, Storage, Databases, Kubernetes, etc.
· Own Azure Firewall and Policies (Fortinet)
· Maintaining Azure, Active Directory, Azure policy, Network Security Groups (NSGs) with static configurations, Azure PaaS Private Links, Virtual Networks, Subnets, Virtual WAN, DDoS Protection.
· Ensure resources are kept up to date; Software patches installed.
· Assist with cost control; Monitor resource use and suggest areas of improvement.
· Recommend and deploy new resources based on target objectives.
· Work on projects to improve system reliability, security, and compliance of cloud resources.
· Review of existing CI/CD Pipelines and IaC, best practice recommendations and implementation of starter CI/CD pipeline to deploy IaC
· Azure Files Migration: Migration of legacy file share to Azure Files and enhancement of associated DevOps processes
· Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed timescales.
