Job Description

Position - AWS Engineer
Location - Austin, TX or SF Bay Area
Duration - 12 months +
 
Job Summary

 We are seeking a skilled AWS Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with cloud architecture, automation, and operational best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
  • Optimize cloud resources for cost, scalability, and reliability.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

 

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • AWS certifications are a plus.
