Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or a high school diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of hands-on engineering experience with AWS Cloud solutions and services, including:
- AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)
- Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
- Amazon CloudWatch
- AWS CloudFormation
- Amazon Storage (S3, FSX, etc.)
- 4+ years of experience in installing and managing Windows Server operating systems
- Experience implementing and managing Active Directory, including Group Policy, Active Directory Federation Services, and EntraID
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- A foundational understanding of networking concepts
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and applying them to implement baseline cybersecurity controls
- Experience with Linux operating systems is a plus
- At least 2 years of hands-on engineering experience with AWS Cloud solutions and services, including:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support a broad user and customer base
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects under pressure, while continuously reassessing priorities
