The Role
Seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to build and scale cloud infrastructure for a sales automation platform. You'll also be focusing on deployment automation, performance, reliability, and maintainability. You’ll participate in all stages of software development, impacting early-stage technical decisions as the company prepares for hypergrowth.

We're looking for a Sr/Staff DevOpsEngineer to:

    • Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
    • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments
    • Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize applications for consistency and scalability
    • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for consistent and repeatable deployments
    • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployment processes and cloud architecture

What you'll need:

    • 5+ years of professional DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering experience
    • Proficiency in React, Node, Python, and cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud)
    • Strong backend development experience, particularly in cloud architecture and infrastructure security and high availability and security best practices
    • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
    • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment
    • Experience as a founder or early employee of a venture-backed startup is highly preferred

$140,000 - $200,000 a year
Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with level of experience.
