Your responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor our infrastructure across integration, staging, and live environments
  • Automate and improve development and release processes
  • Monitor interface health, performance, and throughput to ensure optimal
  • performance.
  • Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, minimizing impact to business operations.
  • Manage updates, patches, and version upgrades for integration tools and platforms.
  • Build and implement new development tools and infrastructure to reduce occurrence of errors and improve business experience.
  • Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
  • Collaborate with the security team to address potential vulnerabilities in integrations.

Support our integration and development teams:

  • Collaborate with application development teams, IT teams and business to understand integration requirements and provide solutions.
  • Conduct technical reviews, verification and validation of software code developed within projects
  • Actively participate in technical discussions during business meetings as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity in both technical and non-technical discussions.
  • Provide support to developers and the Head of Integration & Development in various aspects of daily operations, projects, and new initiatives.
  • Assist IT teams with tasks such as business analytics, understanding requirements, and proposing technical solutions as necessary.
Your profile
  • Degree in computer science/computer engineering or related experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible
  • Good knowledge of Ruby or Python
  • Knowledge in Git and GitHub
  • Experience using different kind of monitoring tools (Exp.: Kibana)
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Open, independent, team-oriented and assertive personality
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent language skills in English
