This position is part of the WM APS (Application Production Support) team and is focused on delivering high-quality Application Support and operational excellence within a banking environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in handling incidents, service requests, and application support activities, participating in shift and on-call rotations. The role also includes contribution to service improvement initiatives and active participation in the bankβs Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and Live Play activities.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of core banking operations, solid troubleshooting skills, and experience in L1/L2 application support, combined with hands-on expertise in modern infrastructure and automation technologies.
