Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technology Platform Engineer to join our team and oversee the administration and performance of chatbots within the Kore.AI platform. This role involves deploying, configuring, and monitoring chatbot workflows, task automation, and integrations with source control and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, generative AI, and virtual agent platforms.

Industry Experience: Healthcare preferred but not mandatory
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree
Pay Rate: up to $90/hr.
Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor the performance of chatbots on the Kore.AI platform.
Configure and support deployments for chatbot workflows and task automation using platform tools and automation scripts.
Develop integrations with source control and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments.
Collaborate with teams to support cloud contact center strategies using AWS and Kore.AI infrastructure.
Utilize generative AI and large language models (LLM) to enhance chatbot performance, including fine-tuning where needed.
Explore and implement advanced features such as text-to-speech integrations for improved user experiences.
Required Skills and Experience:
Kore.AI XO Platform/Infrastructure: 4-6 years of experience (Essential)
AWS Cloud (Cloud Transformation): 4-6 years of experience (Essential)
Cloud Contact Center Strategy: 4-6 years of experience (Essential)
Generative AI: 4-6 years of experience (Essential)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
LLM Fine-Tuning: Experience with large language models is a plus.
Google Text-to-Speech: Knowledge of integrating text-to-speech capabilities.
