  • Managing ServiceNow instances
  • User and group management
  • Access control and security configuration
  • Update set management
 
Strong exp in Application Development:
  • UI Builder: Designing custom user interfaces
  • Flow Designer: Creating automated workflows
  • Scripting (JavaScript): Writing custom logic for applications
  • Business Rules: Implementing business logic within applications
 
 
Strong exp in API Integration:
  • REST API: Interacting with external systems using REST web services
  • SOAP API: Integrating with SOAP-based systems
  • Scripting for API calls
 
Strong exp in CI/CD Pipeline Management:
  • Setting up automated build and deployment processes
  • Integrating with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
  • Version control (Git)
 
 
Strong DevOps Concepts:
