Be part of a team that designs, develops and manages the shared run-time infrastructure, shared managed services, and DevOps tooling within Resideo P&S.  You will lead and manage a group of talented professionals who provide expertise to facilitate the success of software engineering projects and programs. YOU MUST HAVE:

• 12+ years of equivalent professional experience in the software engineering industry
• 4+ years of experience managing a technology team
• 4+years of experience in devops and infrastructure 
• Proven systems design and architecture skills with focus on large distributed computing systems
• Track record in software developer and scripting, with recent hands-on experience
• Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, databases, conventional- and software-defined networking
• Experience in systems design and implementation using cloud-native open source technologies in at least one cloud using once or more of the following technologies: Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, CDK, Cloud SDK, Pulumi
• Familiarity with Agile development processes, experience in roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner
• Deep understanding of continuous integration and deployment, source code management, configuration management, infrastructure-as-code, software quality engineering and SRE
• Ability and desire to review code, system designs, and participate actively in system engineering
• Ability and aptitude to manage a combined team of engineers working across multiple time zones, responsible for: Shared Kubernetes Platform, Networking, Shared Database Services, Shared Messaging Services, DevOps tooling, Device Simulator Development, and Load Testing
