We are seeking a Lead/Sole Site Reliability Engineer with a strong background in managing

Job Description:
As the Lead/Sole DevOps Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our infrastructure operations. Your
role is not only to maintain our current systems but also to lead the transition to newer technologies.
Collaborating with our in-house cybersecurity expert and a team of top-tier software engineers, you
will align our DevOps and SRE strategies with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Primary contact for all engineering-related infrastructure and deployment queries.
● Full ownership of our existing infrastructure, mainly AWS with some GCP.
● Lead incident management and response, including efficient on-call procedures and insightful
post-mortems.
● Define and implement SLIs and SLOs for services.
● Develop and maintain advanced monitoring and alerting systems.
● Manage and upgrade legacy infrastructure using ECS and Terraform, and transition to
Kubernetes.
● Collaborate with cybersecurity and software engineering teams.
● Drive strategic IT initiatives, aligning DevOps/SRE strategies with business goals.
● Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and architectures.
● Budget management for DevOps/SRE activities, focusing on cost optimization.
● Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards.
● Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
● Proven track record in a similar role, with a strong bias towards action.
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
● Expertise in AWS/GCP, ECS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
● Outstanding communication, self-organization, and problem-solving skills.
● Previous experience in a startup environment is highly valued.
