Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Serve as the first point of contact for high -severity incidents and emergency situations, ensuring swift resolution and stakeholder communication.<\/span> Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including developers, product owners, and operations, to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.<\/span> Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend system/process improvements to reduce incident recurrence.<\/span> Maintain transparency through structured, periodic updates to leadership and key stakeholders.<\/span> Coordinate with various technical teams to ensure progress and accountability across the incident lifecycle.<\/span> Contribute to ongoing operational support, managing and mitigating day -to -day technical issues.<\/span><\/span> Technical Skills Required:<\/b> 4+ years of hands -on experience with Java and open -source technologies. Solid understanding of incident management and root cause analysis practices. Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management, and R&D Engineering is a plus. Site Reliability Engineering experience preferred. Additional Requirements:<\/b> Must be local to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem -solving mindset with an ability to design reliable, scalable solutions.
