Job Description:
Client is looking to hire a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Azure) to build and scale the Azure infrastructure behind a cutting-edge, enterprise-grade platform. This is a high-priority role with strong visibility and impact. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Azure) you'll play a key role in building Azure infrastructure from the ground up—owning design, scalability, and reliability for a production-ready distributed system.

Design and build secure, scalable Azure infrastructure

Own Terraform-based infrastructure as code

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Partner with engineering, product, and security teams

Drive reliability, observability, and performance

Support production environments and customer deployments
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of SRE or infrastructure experience with clear ownership of production distributed systems, including designing and operating high availability environments at scale.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

Proven track record building production-grade systems

Experience with Terraform (IaC)

Background in greenfield infrastructure builds

Programming in Go and/or Python

Solid understanding of distributed systems & high availability
- Remote - US - Open to Europe if happy to overlap with EST
- Strong preference for Azure SME with strong experience building cloud infrastructure from scratch in greenfield environments.
