This role emerged from splitting a previous hybrid Director IT role into two focused positions. This split is done to distribute the workload, ensuring that neither high-level strategic planning nor complex technical execution is compromised by competing priorities. Whilst a Director IT handles leadership and strategy, you'll concentrate on technical architecture, hands-on implementation, and driving our infrastructure evolution. You'll work with an eight-person IT team, serving as technical mentor and lead implementer.
You'll shape how we run backend services, network infrastructure, servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms. This includes both internal systems that enable our 200-person company and the infrastructure supporting our customer-facing services. Your work directly impacts how effectively we deliver monitoring solutions to tens of thousands of users globally.
