We’re a team of four engineers looking for a fifth to join us! 🚀 Our stack centers on Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and Ansible, with a focus on GitOps using ArgoCD and pipelines to ensure everything stays as code and configuration drift is avoided. Alongside product work, we tackle tech debt, refine our architecture, and collaborate with other teams—including the ML team—to drive impactful initiatives.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will:

  • Shape and build the future of our architecture, often collaborating with others to find optimal solutions.

  • Enhance and maintain our existing infrastructure to keep it running smoothly.

  • Develop our platform, including Kubernetes clusters and tools for orchestrating services in test and production environments.

  • Recommend and implement best practices to make our team and system even better.

  • Improve the release process by refining tools and workflows.

  • Automate repetitive tasks to save time and effort.

  • Improve monitoring to ensure our services are always available and reliable.

Job requirements

You are the perfect fit if you have:

  • Experience with Kubernetes and container concepts

  • Experience with Cloud environments - like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • A strong Linux background – any distribution works!

  • Understanding core tech and protocols like HTTP, TCP, DNS, and networking basics.

  • An automation mindset with skills in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).

  • Knowledge of IaC tools - the faster you can spin up infrastructure, the better!

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Flagger, Jenkins, or similar.

You will earn extra points for experience with:

  • MySQL, PostgreSQL

  • RabbitMQ, Redis

  • ElasticSearch

  • Nginx (OpenResty)

  • Managing PHP or Node.js applications
