This full-time position, based in Olympia, offers a flexible remote arrangement. You’ll primarily work remotely, with occasional in-person requirements for meetings, collaborative projects, training, and other meaningful interactions. Your supervisor will work with you to determine schedule and telework arrangements.

This candidate is not only technically proficient in languages such as PowerShell, C#, .NET, MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, and T-SQL, but also excels in leading cross-functional teams through complex deployments and troubleshooting efforts. They are adept at release and configuration management and understand how to maintain critical integration points between applications and services like network, security, and infrastructure. Their leadership style fosters collaboration, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability, ensuring that both internal and external users experience consistent system availability and performance.
Above all, the candidate will be a strategic thinker and a collaborative partner who works closely with the DevOps Architect and other Leave and Care Technology (LCT) leaders to shape the Leave & Care product roadmap and technology vision.
