As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in streamlining technical delivery through modern CI/CD, cloud, and DevSecOps practices, helping teams build, deploy, and operate secure, scalable platforms.

You’ll work closely with delivery teams to automate environments, improve reliability, and enable seamless software delivery from development through to production.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) , Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

 

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms to enable automated, reliable software delivery
  • Support production integration platforms and cloud environments, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability
  • Work closely with delivery teams to enable DevOps and DevSecOps best practices from build through to production
  • Build and operate containerised platforms using Kubernetes and cloud‑native services
  • Improve observability, monitoring, and incident response through automation and tooling
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across engineering teams

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Exposure to GCP, Azure, or private cloud environments
  • Solid DevOps capability across CI/CD tooling (GitHub, Jenkins/Bamboo, Docker, Ansible, Helm)
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments
  • Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Splunk)
  • Working knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure infrastructure design
  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
