About the Job
As a Project Manager on our DevOps team at Keeper Security, you will play a critical role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of key DevOps projects that support the security and infrastructure needs of the company. Youβll collaborate closely with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure that our DevOps pipelines, automation processes, and infrastructure meet business and security requirements, while also enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of DevOps-related projects, ensuring alignment with security, infrastructure, and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, product) to define requirements and deliverables
- Work closely with DevOps leads to identify and mitigate risks associated with DevOps processes, ensuring efficient handling of issues and preventing bottlenecks in the development and deployment pipelines
- Work closely with backend, frontend, and security leads to align DevOps processes with the broader goals of the organization, ensuring high-quality software deployment, rapid releases, and secure environments
- Develop clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk assessments. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and key milestones
- Coordinate the delivery of infrastructure-related projects that improve the scalability, reliability, and security of Keeper's cloud environments
- Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and scalability of Keeperβs infrastructure, monitoring systems, and DevOps tools, with a focus on performance, cost, and security
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in project management with a background in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software development
- Strong technical experience in DevOps, including automation, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to manage complex DevOps-related projects and drive them to successful completion, ensuring timely and secure delivery of high-quality software
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure management, monitoring systems, and security best practices for cloud environments
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to collaborate across various teams
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with security tools and protocols (e.g., IAM, encryption, vulnerability scanning)
- Experience working with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
