What you will be doing:
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform/CloudFormation) and administer Windows infrastructure (AD, PKI).
- Provide technical support to various internal users (developers, DBAs, etc.) and efficiently resolve customer change requests and problem tickets.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous platform availability.
- Develop tools, scripts, frameworks, metrics, processes, and documentation to enhance Platform Operations.
- Assist with information security policy administration, improve security engineering, and focus on audit and compliance tasks (alert tuning, log collection).
- Maintain regular communication with project leaders/executives and mentor junior staff members.

What our client is looking for:
- Minimum 3-5 years in security or technical IT.
- 2+ years with AWS or equivalent public cloud.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Solid experience with Windows and Linux Administration.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Security models and best practices.
- Experience with scripting for infrastructure automation.
