The Solution Integrator performs a key role in pursuing and winning large multi-year outsourcing deals  by defining the overall solution strategy to effectively address client needs and provide differentiation.  The Solution Integrator conceptualizes, and program manages the solution design and facilitates integration of services across Applications, Infrastructure, and Business Processes.  The Solution Integrator is also responsible to drive the business and technology transformation strategy for the client.  This position requires the ability to articulate deal strategy and value proposition to C-level executives.  The ideal candidate would have broad business and technology skills coupled with people management and client interface skills.

•10+ years of outsourcing experience with large systems integrators/ consulting companies in the domain of Applications Development, Infrastructure Services, and Business Process Outsourcing

•Demonstrated track record of structuring and winning deals

•Experience leading the architecture/ crafting of large complex outsourcing/ managed services deals

•Experience developing solution strategy, governance models, SLA framework 

•Ability to have conversations with C-level executives

•Ability to create digital transformation roadmaps

•Experience in driving adoption of Agile methods and DevOps implementation across programs 

•Familiar with scaled agile transformation and enabling companies shifting from Projects to Product centric models. 

•Experience working in a global delivery model

•Strong client presence and professional image.  Ability to present value-based proposals to clients 

•Advanced negotiation and financial modeling skills

•Experience in pursuing and managing deal consultant led engagements (ISG, Everest, etc.)

•Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

•Must be willing to travel as business needs dictate




Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks.  They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.




 


Day to Day Responsibilities:




 


• You are responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation.


• You should be able to identify and challenge several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment.


• You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations.


• You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.


• You are seen as a role model in your community.




 




 


Required Skills and Experience:


• Qualification\: 12+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.


• Certification\: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.


• Should be experienced in foundation, People Leadership, service & delivery.


• Should be proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership.


• Should be masters in Technology Awareness & Leveraging and Innovation & Capability Growth.
