We are seeking a Manager, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Modern Front-End Engineering to lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and modern web technologies. This role will be responsible for guiding teams that implement and extend D365 CE applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and custom business applications built on Dataverse.Â
The ideal candidate is both a hands‑on technical leader and a people manager, comfortable setting direction, reviewing architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Technical Leadership & DeliveryÂ
Lead solution architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including:Â Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages
Guide teams in extending D365 CE through custom applications, JavaScript/TypeScript development, PCF controls, plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Next.js.Â
Establish architectural patterns for: Front‑end extensibility, API‑based integrations, secure and scalable deploymentsÂ
Drive adoption of AI‑assisted development (e.g., Copilot, code generation, system analysis) to accelerate delivery and improve quality.Â
Review designs, code, and solutions to ensure they meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and maintainability.Â

People & Team LeadershipÂ
Mentor developers across D365 CE and Power Platform disciplines, including:Â Model-Driven App development, Dataverse architecture, D365 customization and extension, PCF development, Integration architecture, Modern front-end engineeringÂ
Support staffing, utilization, and skills development across your team.Â
Partner with Architects and team leads to ensure consistent delivery quality and technical alignment.Â

Client Engagement & Solution StrategyÂ
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them:Â
-Understand when Power Platform is the right fitÂ
-Blend Power Platform with custom front‑end solutions where appropriateÂ
Lead technical discovery, solution shaping, and early prototyping efforts.Â
Communicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Â
Ensure client solutions are built with long‑term scalability and maintainability in mind.Â

Required QualificationsÂ
7+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft business applications, including significant experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform.Â
Strong experience with modern front‑end technologies, including: React (required), Angular and/or Next.js (preferred)Â
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.Â
Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.Â
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.Â

Preferred QualificationsÂ
Experience integrating Power Platform with custom front‑end applications and Azure services.Â
Deep experience implementing and architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including one or more of the following: Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Dynamics 365 Field ServiceÂ
Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, App Services, API Management).Â
Experience with CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform and web applications.Â
Exposure to AI‑assisted development tools and practices.Â
Consulting or client‑facing delivery experience.Â

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
