About the team
Our Tech and Security teams keep us moving each day, no matter where we are in the world. From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen.
The Digital Workplace team within Worldpay Corporate Technology is responsible for the design, build and operation of Worldpay’s EUC environment, with associated infrastructure and support services. This includes physical, virtual and cloud desktop platforms, our corporate app store and software deployment, collaboration platforms and messaging, Active Directory, Intune, mobile and end-user support services. The team is relentlessly focused on delivering a great experience to Worldpayers, driving innovation, value and simplicity in all the services we deliver.
What you’ll own
The build, configuration and management of our new JAMF Mac platform, servicing 700+ Worldpayers
Provision of advanced technical support for Mac users, resolving complex issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Manage the installation, update, and maintenance of software applications on MacOS devices
Partnership between the Digital Workspace team, Security and consumers of our Mac platform to capture requirements and deliver an environment that balances functionality, security and useability
Creating and maintaining documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. Contribute to training and workshops for staff to enhance their proficiency with Apple Mac systems and related applications.

Skills
Experience configuring and managing Mac through the JAMF platform in Enterprise environments
Excellent knowledge of and technical expertise supporting Apple devices
Knowledge of and technical expertise supporting Container Development Platforms (Docker Preferred).
Knowledge of basic scripting language such as Bash or Python.
Knowledge of advanced scripting language such as Xcode, Chef, Puppet.
Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
Knowledge of app deployment, provisioning, and the App Store release process.
Excellent knowledge of Mac OS desktop operating systems (Sonoma Minimum).
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and a demonstrated willingness to support team on all levels to get the job done.
