Skill Set : 1. Strong knowledge of Cloud Services: o Familiar with multiple cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure and DigitalOcean o Having good understanding of the hosting environments setup on cloud providers using multiple services like EC2, Beanstalk, Azure App services and good to have knowledge on Azure DevOps o Database administration for sql and NoSql type on platforms like AWS RDS, AWS Aurora 2. Server Management: o Linux server administration like file permissions, disk space , backups [Debian,Centos,Redhat] o Better knowledge of web servers like nginx and apache configurations along with security tuning practices is must o Server migration on cloud cPanel/WHM,AWS EC2, Digital Ocean, Linode o Should have knowledge on setting up and managing multi-tier architectures. 3. Deployment: o Production deployments for multiple frameworks like Magento, MEAN, PHP o Implementing DevOps techniques in the local and production environment for fast release with tools like AWS Code pipeline, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipeline and Azure Pipelines o Managing Repositories and branches on Version control system like Github, Gitlab and bitbucket o Must have experience with containerization technologies like Docker and it’s orchestration practices 4. Monitoring: o Infrastructure and application monitoring using tools like Zabbix,grafana,Prometheus, telemetry o Hands on experience with application performance optimization on multiple platforms o Having knowledge on Site Reliability is a plus 5. Good to have: o Working experience with configuration management / IAC tools (e.g. Ansible/Puppet/ Chef) is a plus. o Familiarity with Sonarqube, Kafka, RabbitMQ is a plus. o Automating mobile build generation tools like Maven,Gradle and Fastlane is a plus.
Total experience : 7 plus (minimum 6 years core devops)
