Key Functions:

  • Pre-sales and customer proof-of-concept deployments.
  • Product implementation in customer environments.
  • Customer support and success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience deploying Kubernetes in the cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of container orchestration.
  • Proven track record deploying Kubernetes-based products.
  • Active ties to the Kubernetes community (e.g., conference presentations).
  • Strong customer focus, excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Scripting and IaC proficiency (Helm, Terraform, Ansible).

Nice to Haves:

  • Senior-level DevOps/Software Engineering experience.
  • Startup experience.
  • Understanding of hypervisors and virtualization.
