As the Director of DevOps, you will lead a team of talented DevOps engineers to develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems, driving the growth and scalability of our engineering operations. Your key responsibilities will include automating and streamlining developer operations and processes, building and maintaining deployment, monitoring, and operations tools, and ensuring the integrity of our environments through Terraform pipelines and robust environment management practices.
In addition to leading the DevOps team, you will oversee security, test automation, and production support. Reporting directly to the CTO,this role offers a significant growth opportunity for someone who is now ready to own the entire technical operations function.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $214,000-$248,000/year OTE; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
