Who Are We Looking For?

If you’re a DevSecOps Engineer and you have:

• AWS SysOps Administrator Associate level certification or Google Cloud Platform certification equivalent or equivalent working knowledge/experience

  • AWS services we usually work with:

    • VPC, R53

    • SG, NACL, ACM, WAF

    • S3, EC2, ECS, ECR, EKS

    • CloudFront

    • RDS

    • Kinesis, MSK

    • SQS, SNS

    • Cloudwatch

    • AWS Lambda

• System administration background

  • very good knowledge of the Linux operating system

    • understands basic command-line operations and tools

    • able to install/update software

    • able to work with files using command line commands, tools, and text editor

      • (searching, compressing, transferring files, manipulating text - cat, echo, grep, awk, sed)

    • understands user environment (accounts, environmental variables, file permissions)

    • understands local security (sudo, root account, passwords)

    • understand Linux processes (listing processes, metrics)

    • understands file system

• experience with git

• experience in Design and implementation of CI/CD processes (Gitlab, Jenkins)

• experience with containerization (Docker)

• good analytical skills

It's a big bonus if you have:

• Linux certification

• knowledge of IaC, Terraform or CloudFormation

• knowledge with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, Gitlab

• experience with configuration management tools (i.e. Ansible, ...)

• experience with containers orchestration tools  - Kubernetes

• experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

• coding skills

• knowledge of relational database services

• backup and recovery experience

Ingemark might be the perfect place for you if you are able to write code in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash) and you understand basic network concepts, OSI model and you can do some basic troubleshooting.

Job description

• designing and building infrastructure on cloud platform (AWS, GCP) as part of technical solution

• designing and building CI/CD process to deliver/deploy to a provisioned infrastructure on a cloud platform

• working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes

• testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results

• ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

• identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’

• working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
