Description
This candidate will provide DevSecOps improvements and maintain the current tools and processes. They will recommend efficiencies in change and release management, leveraging the CI repository and other technical artifacts, to determine impacts of changes and releases on IT Service Operations and avoid unplanned outages due to collisions. The candidate will assist in implementing automated testing tools, process and procedures to support testing requirements from our customers applications as well as Implement improvements to our current CICD pipeline environment including, but not limited to workflows, automation, process improvements, automated security scans.

Requirements
- 8 Years of experience as a DevSecOps/Full Stack Java Developer
- Understanding of DevSecOps methodologies and technologies
- Experience with deployment/orchestration tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab
- Deep understanding of Dev/Sec/Ops processes and testing
- Experience creating Automated Builds (Jenkins Pipelines and Gitlab CI)
- Experience in implementation automation testing & load testing
- Consult on DevSecOps requirements from diverse application/line of business partners
- Create plug-and-play/reusable solutions and patterns for CICD pipelines
- Create, develop, and implement automation and system integration for various build platforms
- Strong experience in one or more backend languages (C#, .NET Core, Python, PHP, Java, groovy and Node.js)
- Experience in Front-End Development Languages (AngularJS, Javascript, Typescript, jQuery, CSS3)
- Strong experience in Linux system and Bash Scripting
- Strong experience Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or etc.), Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, JSM
- Experience in writing REST APIs
- Experience integrating tools to support static/dynamic code analysis, and vulnerability scans into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in Front-End Development Languages (AngularJS, Javascript, Typescript, jQuery, CSS3)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide DevSecOps methodologies across the organization to maximize productivity and to promote CI/CD workflows.
- Remain technologically relevant through learning emerging DevOps technologies and advocating their uses to benefit CI/CD workflows.
- Participate in all areas of software design and implementation to include strategic planning, development, security, operations, collaboration, and compliance.
- Automate everything, both your job and others as much as possible, while maintaining configuration artifacts to ensure reproducibility
- Understand agile software development life cycle
- Advise teams on implementing security tools and CI/CD processes
- Coach development teams in learning how to develop secure code
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to continue to enhance source code analysis tools and configuration, including helping with evaluation of new tools

- The salary for this position is $90,000 - $135,000 annually
